TCO and Displacement

Quantify the spend a customer can retire by consolidating onto their renewed Citrix bundle, plus the Windows 10 ESU cost they avoid.

List every annual cost the customer pays today for EUC-related technology: hypervisor licences, thin-client OS, monitoring tools, ZTNA, endpoint hardware. Tick the items that the renewed Citrix bundle replaces. Then enter the Windows 10 device count to see the ESU exposure. The tool calculates the total spend retired over three years plus the ESU avoided.

List what the customer pays today. Mark each item the renewed Citrix bundle replaces. Click a suggestion to add it, or add a custom line.

UniconOS retires thin-client OS licences, NetScaler retires F5 or A10 on consolidation, uberAgent retires EUC monitoring on the Citrix estate, and Secure Private Access retires the private-access slice of Zscaler or Netskope. Confirm each component is in the customer's entitlement, since UniconOS is included in UHMC only if purchased or renewed after 8 June 2025.

ESU pricing and the October 2026 step are from Microsoft. A thousand Windows 10 devices is roughly 61,000 dollars in year one, then 122,000, then 244,000.
