Size a customer's Citrix Platform Flex credit pool by mapping each user group to a persona. Credit rates are editable, so replace the placeholders with the current rate card before use.
Add a row for each distinct user group. Pick the persona that best matches their workload and the credit rate fills automatically. Persistent disk adds storage for personal desktops where the user keeps files and settings between sessions. Pick a disk size based on the user's storage needs, or leave it at "None" for shared desktops and published apps where no personal storage is needed. Optionally enter a credit unit price to see an indicative annual cost.

Flex is Azure only at launch, on a Citrix managed dedicated subscription per customer. Unused credits expire at the subscription term end, and reductions are not prorated, so size carefully.
