Map each user group to a Citrix Flex persona, then size the annual credit pool in one flow.
Add a row for each user group. Pick what they run and how it should be delivered. The tool suggests a persona and sets the credit rate automatically.
What do they run? drives the persona. SaaS or web-only users get the lightest persona, GPU or specialist compute gets the heaviest. If in doubt, pick the option that demands more compute.
Delivery model can override the suggestion. Selecting "High-performance desktop" switches to the Power worker persona regardless of application type.
You can still override the credit rate manually if the rate card has changed.
